Troubleshooting
App Not Loading or Crashing
- Force close the app and reopen it
- Check if you have the latest version installed from the App Store
- Restart your iPhone
- If the problem persists, try deleting and reinstalling the app
Daily Briefs Not Updating
- Pull down to refresh on the Today tab
- Check your internet connection
- Make sure you're signed in to your account
- Check if notifications are enabled in Settings > IntentBrief
Subscription Issues
- Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to verify your subscription status
- Try the 'Restore Purchases' button in the app settings
- Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe
- Contact Apple Support for billing issues
Notifications Not Working
- Go to Settings > Notifications > IntentBrief and enable notifications
- Check that 'Do Not Disturb' is not enabled
- In the app, go to Settings and verify your notification time is set
- Try toggling notifications off and on again
Manage Your Subscription
To manage, cancel, or update your subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your Apple ID at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select IntentBrief
- Choose to modify or cancel your subscription

- Your device model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro)
- iOS version (Settings > General > About)
- App version (found in IntentBrief Settings)
- A description of the issue and when it started
- Any error messages you've seen
