Troubleshooting

App Not Loading or Crashing

  1. Force close the app and reopen it
  2. Check if you have the latest version installed from the App Store
  3. Restart your iPhone
  4. If the problem persists, try deleting and reinstalling the app

Daily Briefs Not Updating

  1. Pull down to refresh on the Today tab
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Make sure you're signed in to your account
  4. Check if notifications are enabled in Settings > IntentBrief

Subscription Issues

  1. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to verify your subscription status
  2. Try the 'Restore Purchases' button in the app settings
  3. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe
  4. Contact Apple Support for billing issues

Notifications Not Working

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications > IntentBrief and enable notifications
  2. Check that 'Do Not Disturb' is not enabled
  3. In the app, go to Settings and verify your notification time is set
  4. Try toggling notifications off and on again

Manage Your Subscription

To manage, cancel, or update your subscription:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select IntentBrief
  5. Choose to modify or cancel your subscription

  • Your device model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro)
  • iOS version (Settings > General > About)
  • App version (found in IntentBrief Settings)
  • A description of the issue and when it started
  • Any error messages you've seen
